Technical Recruiter

1. Handling end to end recruitment

2. Sourcing of candidates through various portals, social media platforms, references and networking

3. Preliminary screening/conduct first level telephonic interview/short listing the right candidate for the given requirement

4. Analysing and understanding the technical recruitment process

5. Recruitment Business management including Client Acquisition, Service Delivery (fulfilling manpower requirements at client end) and Team acquisition/hiring

6. To work on mandates/manpower requirements by self and through team.

7. Knowledge base creation – Industry, domain, recruitment process, clients, others.

8. Achieving monthly, quarterly and annually targets

9. Ensuring Vacancy Closure, Billing, Payments

10. Ensuring Company’s Vision, Mission, Values

11. MIS, systems, process, rules and regulations, quality and standards, ISO standards.

12. Other tasks defined by management time to time
